What it does

Who it is for

Freelancers, contractors, technicians, landlords and small shops in Saudi Arabia, the Gulf, the Levant, Iraq and Egypt who need an Arabic invoice quickly and do not want accounting software. Ready-made templates (in Arabic):

Pricing

PlanPriceWhat you get
Free$03 invoices a month, all core fields, QR code, watermark on PDF
Premium monthly$5 / monthUnlimited invoices, no watermark, own logo and colour, no ads
Premium 1-Year Pass$25 onceSame as Premium for 12 months; one payment, no auto-renewal, no card kept on file

When to use something else

ZATCA Phase 2: Fatoora.app does not do Phase 2 integration — no cryptographic stamp, UUID/counter chain, UBL 2.1 XML or clearance with the ZATCA API. A business already inside a Phase 2 wave needs an integrated ERP or a certified solution provider.

It is also not accounting software: there is no bookkeeping, inventory or multi-user access. If you need those, use a full accounting system. Fatoora.app is the right fit when you need a correct, good-looking invoice now.

FAQ

Is there a free Arabic invoice generator?

Yes — Fatoora.app is free for 3 invoices a month with no sign-up. Premium removes the limit and watermark for $5/month or a $25 one-time 1-Year Pass.

Does it generate a ZATCA QR code?

Yes, a Phase 1 QR code with the five required fields. You can check any invoice QR with the free ZATCA invoice checker.

Can I write the invoice in both Arabic and English?

Each invoice is issued in one language with the correct direction; switch the language toggle to produce the other version.

Where is my data stored?

Only in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to a server; you can download a backup file of your clients, templates and history.

Is Fatoora.app affiliated with ZATCA?

No. “Fatoora” (فاتورة) is simply the Arabic word for invoice. This site is not affiliated with ZATCA or the government FATOORA portal.
