By accessing or using Fatoora.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Fatoora.app is an online invoice generator that allows users to create, preview, and download professional invoices as PDF documents. The Service is available as:
- Free Plan: Up to 3 invoices per calendar month with all core features including bilingual support (English/Arabic), 3 invoice templates, ZATCA-compliant QR codes, and 27+ currencies. Free invoices include a small Fatoora.app watermark.
- Premium Plan: $3/month subscription providing unlimited invoices, no watermark, custom logo upload, custom color picker, and an ad-free experience.
3. User Accounts & Premium Subscriptions
The free plan requires no account or registration. Premium subscriptions are processed through our payment partner, LemonSqueezy. By purchasing a Premium subscription, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's Terms of Service.
Upon payment, you will receive a license key to activate Premium features. You are responsible for keeping your license key secure.
4. Pricing & Billing
- Premium Plan: $3.00 USD per month, billed monthly
- Payments are recurring and will auto-renew until cancelled
- All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
5. Data & Privacy
All invoice data (business details, client information, line items) is stored exclusively in your browser's local storage. We do not collect, transmit, or store your invoice data on our servers. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
- Create invoices for unlawful transactions
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service
- Circumvent usage limits or license key validation
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding of Fatoora.app are owned by us and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Invoices you create using the Service belong to you.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Generated invoices will meet specific legal or regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction
- ZATCA QR codes will satisfy all compliance requirements — users should verify compliance independently
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fatoora.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data loss, or business interruption.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Cancellation of Premium subscriptions can be done through your LemonSqueezy account.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
