We want you to be satisfied with your Premium subscription. Our refund policy is as follows:
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your Premium subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.
Eligibility for Refund
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date
- Refunds apply to the most recent billing cycle only
- Each customer is eligible for one refund per account
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made after the 7-day refund window
- Repeated subscription and refund cycles (abuse prevention)
- Violation of our Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund

- Your email address used for purchase
- Your license key (if available)
- Reason for the refund (optional, helps us improve)
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
Cancellation
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your LemonSqueezy account. After cancellation:
- You will retain Premium features until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your account will revert to the free plan when the billing period ends
